Eligibility Criteria

Freshman Admission Process

Clairvoyant Admissions is accepting a combination of the three items below as criteria for admission to Clairvoyant University:

Students who meet the following two criteria are eligible for acceptance:

  • A final high school grade point average of 2.25 or higher
  • Graduation from high school with academic rank in top 50% of the graduating class

Should a student fail to meet one of the two requirements, a third factor may be considered for admission:

  • A composite ACT score of 18 or higher, or a combined SAT I score of 940 or higher

Please give our office a call if you have questions or concerns about your transcripts or test scores. 

Applicants must submit the following to the Admissions Office:

  • A completed Admissions Application with a non-refundable application fee of $20.00
  • ACT or SAT Scores (optional)
  • Your official high school student transcript. The admission decision will be based on your most recent transcript. After graduation, your final high school transcript needs to be submitted.

 

Once accepted, the following must be submitted:

  • Confirmation Payment of $100.00 (non-refundable) to confirm the intention to enroll and secure housing
  • Housing Survey**
Transfer Student Admissions Process

A transfer applicant is a degree-seeking student who has earned a minimum of 24 hours of transferable credit at another post-secondary institution. Those with fewer than 24 credit or semester hours are subject to the freshman entrance requirements. The transfer applicant must be in good academic standing without disciplinary problems at the last college or university attended and must have at least a 2.00 cumulative GPA. As a condition for admission, the applicant must submit official transcripts from each college and university attended. Most grades will be accepted upon transfer into Clairvoyant University, but please be advised that the amount of “D” grades that can apply to the completion of a degree are limited.

Applicants should consult with their Admissions counselor for information specific to their areas of interest. The Admissions Office will consider applications only after the following steps are completed:

  • A completed Admissions Application with a non-refundable application fee of $20.00
  • Official transcript(s) from each college or university attended

Once accepted, the following must be submitted:

International Student Application Process

Clairvoyant university require the following from international student applicants, however below are the eligibility criteria:

  • Completed Online Application
  • Transcripts
  • For undergraduate admissions: Copies of High School Transcripts (must be in English)
  • For graduate admissions: Undergraduate Transcripts (official or officially notarized copy)
  • Photocopy of Government-Issued ID (international students need a passport, undocumented students need proof of residency)
  • Letters of Recommendation (2 letters from former teachers, employers, coaches, etc.)
  • Personal Essay 
  • Bank Statement (as proof of adequate financial resources)
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency (i.e IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC,, BAU Placement Test)
  • Application fee of $45
Graduate Admission Requirements
  • Online application 
  • Official Bachelor’s Degree transcripts from a regionally accredited institution
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA (Students with a GPA of 2.68 – 2.99 will be admitted under a provisional acceptance.  Students with a GPA below 2.68 will be submitted to the Graduate Committee for review)
  • Two personal reference letters or forms
